The Busy Gal 8 Week Gym Program | $120

Are you a shift worker, a Mum, a busy corporate worker or just wanting to learn some gym basics? This is program is perfect for busy women who can only commit to 3-4 days a week in the gym. With 3-4 days a week, Full Body training is ideal. Full Body hits all the major muscle groups, multiple times a week. Broken into 2 x 4 week phases, you can focus on progressing with weights and reps to get yourself stronger! This program is specifically designed for the female form.

For Home Comfort Females

The At Home 8 Week Program | $120

Get your training done without leaving the house! Where are my introverts at! This home based 8 week program is for those of you who don't have a gym membership, but do have a few pieces of equipment at home. The training split will be 5-6 days a week with a rest & recovery day. 3 x lower body. 2 x upper body with abs. 1 x cardio day. 1 x rest & recovery day with mobility and stretches.

For Beginner Females

The Newbie 4 Week Gym Program | $80

Are you new to the gym environment? Maybe have tried some classes before? Or bored of just doing cardio? This beginner program is just for you! With 3-4 days a week, Full Body training is ideal. Full Body hits all the major muscle groups, multiple times a week. With this program we use a mix of gym machines and free weights to build your confidence. There are how to videos to make sure you are performing the exercise correctly. This program is specifically designed for the female form.
